Methods of Payment

• Deposit of 250 euros is required in advance to confirm your booking. This payment is to be made using the SWIFT international payment system (details will be supplied under separate cover).
• It is of course possible to pay the total amount in advance using the method as mentioned above. Following the receipt of your deposit/full payment, a confirmation will be issued confirming receipt of your deposit/full payment and details of your now confirmed booking.
• Please note that the outstanding balance is to be paid in cash in full upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• We require at least 30 days notice if you wish to cancel your booking, it will ensure that your deposit/full payment will be returned to the originator. Please kindly note that the amount returned is subject to an administration fee of 15% of the total amount due, this covers the swift administration fee applied by the bank.
• Cancellations made with less than 30 days before your arrival date will be processed as above, however, the administration charge applied will increase to 30% of the total amount due.
• Cancellations made with less than 20 days before your arrival date will be processed as above, however, the administration charge applied will increase to 50% of the total amount due.
• No monies will be refunded on cancellations made with less than 10 days before your arrival date.
• Customers who fail to arrive or cancel their booking accordingly will not receive their deposit/full payment back.
